Group Exercise Instructor Qualification

This course is for those wishing to instruct group based classes with the various PowerWave designed workouts. One must be able to demostrate correct form, display a motivated attitude and know how to apply an alternative movement should a class member have an imbalance that limits their ability to perform a certain exercise.

Pre-Course Requirements:

• - A qualification the within fitness industry or experience and great understanding in performing safe and effective exercise movement patterns.

1-2-1 Coaching Qualification

This course is for those wishing to take their coaching to the next level. An indepth approach to Power, Strength & Endurance with the PowerWave and it’s unique workouts to help you 

accommodate all types of clients for 1-2-1 PowerWave training. This is the highest level of coaching within our program, and as such, comes with more benefits to those who pass and are licensed to coach.

Pre-Course Requirements:

• - At least 6 months experience as a PowerWave Level 1 Certified   Instructor                                               

Post Course Benefits

Once qualified and licensed, coaches will benefit from the following:

• - Everything included within the level 1 PowerWave license.

• - Access to unique workouts and timers only available to Level 2 qualified coaches.

• - Appear on the instructors search list within a 20 mile radius of potential clients.

• - permission to use the brand name for advertising on social media and printed material.

• - Access to all marketing material to promote 1-2-1 coaching.

• - Listed as a certified Level 2 Coach with Licensed avatar.

Junior Active Coaching Qualification

This course is designed for trainers wishing to coach juniors from the age 7-15 years in both physical and cognitive development. The focus here is safety within the workouts and gaining an indepth understanding of the ACC system and how to apply it to the various motor-skills required by juniors at various stages of their lives.

Pre-Course Requirements:                  

• - A qualification within the fitness industry or experience as a sports coach.

• - Provide a DBS enhanced certificate upon completion of the course.
